The gold beads are made with PVD gold coating. PVD gold is much more durable than normal gold plated.
But the process needs to be racked with wires like show in picture. While this made the gold could not reach the hole edge of the beads.
So the hole edge of the beads (especially big sizes) may show silver tone.
Actually the silver tone of the hole edge is invisable after you finish your beading project.
Again, the silver tone of the hole edge is not tranish!
